Order and Payment

Placing an Order

We will process your order within 48 business hours (not including weekends or holidays) of order receipt. Extra lead-time may be needed on large volume orders or during the holiday season. If any item in your order becomes out of stock or if there is need for additional payment information, you will be notified by a customer service representative. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to alter or cancel the order. View our Shipping and Delivery policies below.

Our system cannot process orders:

  • When the credit card billing address provided is not correct.
  • When the bill-to and ship-to addresses do not match.

For both situations, we will require additional verification from you. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you, but we hope you understand our efforts to increase online security.

Payment & Taxes

Orders placed through Aerothunder.com must be paid for with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal. No COD (Collect On Delivery) orders are accepted. We unfortunately cannot accept payment in the form of credit card gift cards or non-US bank issued credit cards.

All orders shipped within Maryland or California will be charged applicable sales tax. Any other local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping and Deliveries

All orders, will be sent via USPS,DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The estimated shipping time is 5 to 8 business days once the product is shipped. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

All orders over $50, excluding taxes and handling fees, are eligible for free shipping within the continental USA. If free shipping is chosen at checkout, we reserve the right to pick the best method to deliver your order.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to alter the order. If you have questions regarding your order shipment, please contact us from 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 5PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays.
